Disclaimer and installation responsibility for the product "Airow3"

By registering as an installation partner on our platform and purchasing the "Airow3" product, you confirm that you assume sole responsibility for the professional installation and operation of the device at the end customer's premises.

1. Installation obligation by certified specialists
You undertake to have the "Airow3" product installed exclusively by appropriately qualified and certified electrical installation companies in accordance with the applicable regulations (in particular DIN VDE standards, DGUV Regulation 3 and other relevant provisions).

2. Seller's indemnity
You acknowledge that our company only acts as a seller of the "Airow3" product and assumes no responsibility or liability for the installations carried out by you or your employees.

You hereby expressly release us from all claims, damages or liabilities that may arise from the incorrect or improper installation of the product at the end customer's premises.

3. Compliance with legal regulations and obligation to inspect

You confirm that you are responsible for the proper commissioning, safety testing and acceptance of the installation in accordance with the legal provisions and technical standards.

4. Consent to the obligation
By checking the box when registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer and that you will comply with the obligations set out above.

Additional confirmation for all other contractors who are not certified for installations

By purchasing the "Airow3" product, you as the buyer confirm that:

1. The installation will be carried out exclusively by a certified electrical installation company that complies with all legal regulations and technical standards (in particular DIN VDE standards).

2. You assume sole responsibility for selecting and commissioning the installation company.

3. You expressly release us as the seller from any liability for faulty installations by third parties.
